A director and directee typically meet once per month or sometimes bi-monthly in times of transition or intense discernment. Sessions generally last for one hour. Individual spiritual direction sessions are $60 per session. Payment by cash or check is made at the time of session.

A sliding scale is available for those who desire this service but are unable to pay full price. Some spiritual directors are supported by religious orders and are able to offer services for free; you may find these directors by contacting local retreat centers.
